“ I just came from Spitzer Subaru in DuBois, PA. I stopped as a curiosity to look at the new Outbacks. I understand the style will change next year, and wanted to see what they were offering currently. Curiosity turned into a test drive. I drove an 2.5 Onyx Edition in dark blue. I was impressed but didn’t really want to hang around and do the agonizing shop process. Anyways, I was merely just looking and hadn’t planned on purchasing. Out of respect for the salesperson, Jeannie, I waited around and let her tell me what they wanted to offer me for my current vehicle. I was mostly pleased with the offer and was almost suspicious that there would be some surprises along the sales pathway. I left and went home. Before I got home, I realized it was a very good deal and decided to pick up the spare key at home and return and make the purchase. It was an hour’s drive each way back and forth. I returned with just enough time remaining to process my transaction and take delivery. Jeannie was most helpful, polite, and non-pressuring. It was perhaps the easiest new car purchase I ever made. Plus, I got a good deal without all the running around and hassling with multiple dealers. I would recommend shopping for you Subaru with them and with the salesperson Jeannie. She was fantastic and made the experience even better with her courtesy and attitude. I never felt pressured or badly about that purchase. Thanks, Jeannie! ”
